GENERAL MEETING OF
HAWKESBURY
HOSPITAL HALL COMMITTEE
Held on Monday 11th December 2017 at 7.45pm

Pat Sherry, Martin Horner, Derek Higgs, Jane Stanbridge,
Carol Powell, Claire
MacKenzie, Mike Wareham, Hazel Jones, Mike Cox.
All present signed a
Register to confirm that they are Residents of the Parish and eligible to vote
(attached).
The reason for the meeting
was “to propose that Hawkesbury Hospital
Hall Management Committee be authorised to proceed with applying to convert its
charitable status into that of a Charitable Incorporated Organisation”
The proposal was read out
by Phil Dennett and a vote was taken.
The Resolution was unanimously passed by 17 votes to
nil.
An application will now be
made to the Charities Commission to register a new Charitable Incorporated
Organisation with the name of Hawkesbury Hospital Hall.
There being no other
business, the meeting was closed at 8.05pm
