Minutes of Meeting
Held on Monday 12th April 2010

1. Apologies
Apologies received from Mick Bendeaux, , Sam Allen, Pete Webb Sue Webb, Fiona Steeds
2. Previous Minutes
The Minutes of the previous meeting were signed as a true record.
3. Matters Arising
Hall Boundary ongoing.
Extractor Fans ongoing - MB checking insurance excess.
Energy update No real update, only 3 emails received in so far after our article in the mag.
Sports Equipment the school would like to have the sports equipment. AS checked box at rear exit and will arrange pickup with Louise Lewis after NF & TG have confirmed all complete.
Chair Cleaning AS emailed dates to Chris Webster, await feedback.
Gate agreed to leave gate hinges as is for now and monitor.
Shed installed.
Photocopier to be disposed, check www.freestuff.co.uk MB to arrange.
Crockery No sign of the missing pieces anywhere, defer purchase of more items till next meeting when treasurer is in attendance.
Front Wall AS has chased Tim Watts for quote via email.
Bar Floor New floor laid in the bar area and a good job too.
Bar New sink and units to be purchased, AS to sort. Also some decorating to be done before new units fitted. Quotes received.

4. Treasurers Report
Report distributed and only comment made was that not sure if the three accounts were separate amounts or the current account total was the combined total.
5. Emergency Lighting/Fire Bells/Extinguishers & Meter Readings
Emergency checks all ok.
Fire Blanket at back of stage is missing. MB to source
TG supplied readings: Electricity 223537; Oil 12; Water 683/705
TG concerned about oil usage as we have used a lot since the last delivery last month. Need to confirm what we had/used and check timers.
6. Playground Check
NF has greased the gate and swings and sorted out moss problem on roof.
Tom Cole will dump a layer of topsoil on bonfire area when he returns from Canada, FOC.
7. Correspondence

8. Any Other Business
W.I. asked if their book box could be stored upstairs, agreed but NF may put up a shelf in the chair store if thats a better option.
TG concerned about teenage party hire after the damage from the last party. Agreed that all future hirers will be informed that any damage must be paid for.
10. Date of next meeting
The next meeting will be held on Monday 10 May 2010 at 7.45pm in the Beaufort Arms.
There being no further business the meeting was closed at 2100hrs.
