The Hall continues to be well used and supported but it does mean that there is a substantial amount of ongoing maintenance work to be done. We do have a refurbishment program to keep the Hall up to date and importantly, within all the latest legislation.

For larger projects we need to continue fundraising, looking for grants and donations. 
A few projects that are being looked at are:


Hearing Loop upgrade
Fire safety system upgrade
New main hall ceiling tiles
Basketball court replacement
Outdoor Gym & Fitness trail
Petanque pitches
Updated football goals
Solar - building battery backup module in case of power outage
Replace oil boiler with ground source heat pump
Canopy over the access ramp
Resurface Car Park


2025 - 2 x EV charing ports installed at 22kW output each
           Upstairs meeting room refurbished, walls plasterered & painted
           plus new flooring laid.
           New window blinds installed in main hall

2024 - More Solar panels installed and more battery capacity added.
           Total Solar capacity is now 41kW and battery capacity 25kW

2023  - New heating control system


2022  - Hall, foyer and corridor redecorated

            Main hall floor sanded and re sealed

            Solar Panels and Battery system installed


2018  - All windows & front doors have been replaced with UPVC double glazed units

2016     Kitchen and servery areas have been refurbished & modern new kitchen with granite worktops
              installed.

2015 -   Toilet facilities have been completely removed and replaced with modern fixtures, fittings and ceramic
              floor tiles and also includes a disabled toilet facility. We have also added a baby changing area and a
              football referees changing room with own shower and lockers.
