How to Book
The Village Hall is an excellent, well equipped, versatile venue for a wide range of activities.
To book a room/event please check availability on the Hall Calendar You will initially need to create an account on the system, login, select your user type from the 4 options available and make your booking request.
Please read the Terms & Conditions and Evacuation Procedure which accompany all bookings.
Invoices issued at start of each month, following your booking. All Payments to Hawkesbury Hospital Hall using Sort Code 30-90-89 Account 36686068
Key access to the Hall for your hire can be arranged with the booking secretary or signed out/in via Hawkesbury Stores.
