Actions and Duties etc. in preparation for Show day.
Ralph did get an agreement from the Vision steering group that they would underwrite our costs to a value of £30 if needed (for Hall hire).
RP contacted EST but as SWEA are in attendance EST don’t need to attend.
RP to add a piece to alongside Flyer in our mag and other mags
RP/AS kids windmills
RP to finish peg board
RP to contact local Parish mags to promote 4th October event.
AS Jes has provided 6 Energy meters, AS to get to Jon Boyle
AS to check if British Energy has anything on offer, ongoing
AS has downloaded a quiz and will modify to suit our event.
AS to provide old style computer monitor (RP also has one)
AS has contacted Vicky re position of our tables, we are next to beer tent.
AS has created Email address for flyer, energy@village-hall.org
AS to ensure Jon is OK with his actions
AS to organise rota, see below
AS to contact Jill Oliver for 3 x school tables
AS to print off a few copies of our hall energy report
JR to provide gazebo
JB to build demonstration of electric usage, using different light bulbs etc.

Steve Webb will be attending in October, his slot is at 11am.
Flyer Details
The Flyer has been completed and Emma Baldwin to print 2000 copies.
The Show day and October day Event are on the Hall Website plus the Village website.
